Remove WordsRestController and add Ouch feature for TelegramBot

Removed WordsRestController and all related entities and repositories. Introduced the "/ouch" command to TelegramBot, enabling users to add, remove, and list custom voice messages for the vacuum robot. Updated application properties and CI configurations to include the new Ouch feature.
